Founded by two Austin locals who got tired of watching homeowners get burned.
Kind Roofing exists because Will and Noah watched the same pattern repeat too many times.
Homeowners calling roofing companies after a storm, getting a crew they had never met, receiving a repair that failed within a season, and then starting the whole process over again. Will spent over five years in Austin's residential roofing industry before founding Kind Roofing — managing projects at one of Austin's largest reroofing operations. That experience taught him exactly what the industry gets wrong when nobody is watching.
Noah brought a professional background in logistics and operations. Every Kind Roofing project runs on a confirmed schedule with materials on-site before work begins and direct communication throughout. Together, that's the whole company: one founder on the roof, one on the schedule, and a homeowner who always knows who to text.
